Location, Hours of Operation & Rates

    We are open every day except Sunday, from 1pm to 6pm. We are located just two minutes from downtown Grass Valley California, in the Sierra Foothills. Grass Valley is one hour north of Sacramento interstate 80 to Auburn, and highway 49 to Grass Valley.

   Lesson rates vary from $35.00 - $50.00 an hour depending on the instructor & playing level of the student.

  Recording, mixing, and production rates are $45.00 - $60.00 an hour depending on the project and project length. The longer the project, the better the rate. Recording slots are hard to come by, for we are usually booked for months in advance. You are required to sign a contract.

  If we believe an artist is a hit, we will absorb the cost of recording their CD, if the artist signs a contract with PSR. You gotta be REAL good, serious applicants only. We will “Simon Cowell” your ass if you waste our time.
