Chair Massage:

Back, neck, head and shoulders, arms and
hands. On-site chair massage is especially
beneficial for office employees, the elderly, injured
because of the easy accessibility of getting
in and out of the chair.


Table:

The table gives me the best accessibility to the
client and their infliction or ailment.
The optimum position for circulatory and lymphatic
massage. Great for stretching and range of motion
techniques, oils, and is generally a longer treatment.


Mat:

Deepest pressure massage. When a client is
on the mat I can apply the most pressure.
The mat offers the most stretching and range
of motion techniques. The mat also helps me
to remain in the correct posture for the best
application. Often more accessible to disabled
or elderly clients, helping the client feel supported
and grounded.
