I have been practicing massage in Northern California 
for the past 13 years, on a variety of clientele including 
infants, the elderly and handicapped, office workers,
athletes, and everyone in between.


I predominantly practice Japanese style massage. I have 
integrated all of the modalities that I have been taught, 
and genuinely enjoy sharing these practices with others.  I 
have developed my restorative practice through preparatory and
post massage for judo and jujutsu work-outs.  The goal of 
any massage I give is to restore the body to its optimum 
level, and to leave a client in better condition than I 
found them.

Description of services:

My massage consist of stretching, breathing, 
pressure points, range of motion techniques and deep 
tissue work applied both through elbow, forearm and digital massage. 
 
My massage also helps to relieve the tension of a
demanding job, event, or lifestyle.

     I make my own restorative massage oils which are
optional and applied during table massage only.
These oils are an effective way to relax muscles
and sooth aching joints. These oils help to
open bronchial and nasal passages as well.
